If you are using EarthDesk 5.x for Windows, you must stop and restart EarthDesk in order for it to switch to our new cloud data server. Without a restart, EarthDesk will not be able to download cloud images.

JAN 21, 2019 - EARTHDESK 4.x
Support for EarthDesk 4.x for Mac has ended. If you are still using version 4, please contact us for a solution to transfer your license to EarthDesk 5.9.1.
